WELSH SQUAD TRAIN AT CNGA

Sunday, May 10th, 2026

Ten members of the Welsh Women’s Artistic Gymnastic Squad trained at CNGA this week due to their venue at Sport Wales being temporarily unavailable. It was a privilege to allow the squad to train at our amazing gym and it was a wonderful experience for some of our senior gymnasts to be training at the same time as our Welsh Squad girls. The National Coach Olivia, Amany and members of the National Coaching Team were impressed by our venue and were equally grateful to be able to continue their important training sessions leading up to the Commonwealth Games this year.

Members of the Welsh Squad included our very own Jemima Taylor and Olympian (Paris 2024) and current British Champion Ruby Evans. Both of their training sessions at CNGA went well and our gymnasts were in awe of the high standard of skills being performed. They were also able to have a fun discussion with the squad. What an amazing experience for our senior competitive gymnasts at CNGA! Pictured below all the gymnasts together
